Elliot Browne MSc DM MBA

Strategic Choice, Alliances & Partnership

A management and organisational development consultant, with considerable project, strategic and operational management experience within the health sector and with private SME’s. He is a former Divisional Director who founded 2Way Consulting in 2008 specialising in high-level management, marketing, and financial support to Surgeons private practices, Limited Companies and Partnerships.

Elliot has worked on a wide range of initiatives including Company Restructure, Joint Ventures, Contracts for Medical Staff, Establishing a Recruitment Department, Organisational Wide IT Systems, Digital Marketing, Strategic and Governance Frameworks.


He has led many performance improvement programs using methodologies such as EFQM & Lean.

Elliot is an advocate of teamwork with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills that engages others in the delivery of challenging objectives. He has acted as a Mentor & Coach to individuals starting their work career and senior managers looking for further development.


He has a passion for music and plays guitar for the function band Smooth Edge Music.

Mike Wyatt

Design, Marketing

A creative heavyweight who brings 30 years experience to each project. Mike and has accounts like Girobank, Dunlop, Kellogg’s, Bradford & Bingley, Airwick, BNG, Booths and Matalan under his belt.

He now runs his own design consultancy and brings formidable expertise in marketing optimisation and business management.

Prior to his time at Uberdesign, he spent 10 years as a New Media Director at Taylor McCann, and before that, new media director roles at HoldenEdy also creative director positions at other agencies.


A passionate fan of music, cinema, photography and art.

David Howcroft MBA MBE

Leadership & Performance

David Howcroft MBE has over 20 years experience and a proven track record of achievement in the field of Leadership and Management, ranging from the training, development and performance of small specialist teams of 30 staff to the roles and responsibilities of a chief of staff of a multi-million pound budget regional organisation with thousands of staff and personnel operating from multiple and disparate locations.


David specialises in creating and delivering bespoke, effective and integrated packages for businesses that will review current practices, roles and responsibilities and introduce new processes and training.


David that will develop leadership and management skills from the top down in order to create a more effective, coordinated and informed working environment with clear and achievable aims.  His training develops an understanding of the relationship between Management and leadership and the application of associated techniques including situation analysis and problem solving and the development and delivery of practical and effective business plans.


David has worked with organisations including National Banks, Solicitors, Sales Teams and The Emergency Services as well as a variety of successful SMEs.


David enjoys cooking and the outdoors.

Roy Dixon MBA

Corporate Governance

Roy Dixon has an M.Sc in Business Management and is a highly motivated CEO, consultant, lecturer and executive coach. Having worked in some of the largest and most complex healthcare organisations in the country, Mr Dixon has extensive board level experience, both strategic and operational in the public, private and not for profit sectors. He specialises in performance, leadership, governance and health economics.


In addition to working with hospitals, GP practices and other healthcare providers, he has experience of working with commercial businesses in order to create and sell a vision, assist them in understanding the market place, product placement and improving efficiency and profitability.
